Shipping Policy:

House of Chess will charge shipping as per the shipment method you opt while placing the order. Please select carefully before placing the order or contact service@houseofchess.com for assistance. The UPS Ground shipping method from UPS is valid within United States only (except Hawaii and Alaska). If wanted earlier or by other means, Please call or email us or choose the appropriate method for the expedited delivery from the options when checking out for your order.

For all international orders (outside of the United States), i.e. from U.K. Italy, France, Germany or other European countries, Australia, Japan please contact by e-mail info@houseofchess.com for shipping rates.

For orders from Hawaii and Alaska, please contact by E-mail info@houseofchess.com for shipping rates. Please note, we do not accept P.O. Box addresses for shipment of orders. If any queries must be sort out prior to the placement of order.

Return Policy:

All items can be returned within a 7-day (from the date of receipt) for a refund, Shipping and handling charges, and 10% restocking charges will be deducted from the refund. This guarantee is not valid in case of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer. Please ship insured and well packed , and include your order number. House of Chess will not give any refund for merchandise damaged , due to poor packaging on returns. Please allow 7 to 10 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.
